Troubleshooting
Experiencing issues with the map? Here's a breakdown of common problems and how to resolve them:
- Map Not Loading: This could be due to internet speed or other factors. We recommend first refreshing your browser and/or clearing your browser’s cache/cookies.
- Map Loading Slowly: Check to see how many data layers are applied. Reducing the number of data layers applied can impact how quickly the Map loads. If you’re using the Parcel Filter, we recommend applying additional filters to reduce the number of parcels shown.
- Incorrect Data: If you notice any inaccuracies in the map data, please contact us at support@transect.com with details about the issue.
