If you notice, for example, that your Reports, Map, or Dashboard is taking an unusually long time to load, here are some things you can try:
- If you're on a mobile device, make sure you're connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network. If you're not, try again once you have a better connection.
- If you're on a computer, refresh the page.
- Open another browser and see if the issue continues. Transect works best with modern browsers such as:
- Chrome browser
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
