Clearing your cookies and cache can help resolve various browsing issues, such as slow loading times or outdated content. Here's a guide on how to clear cookies and cache on popular browsers.
If clearing cookies and cache doesn't work, we recommend using another browser and/or incognito mode.
Chrome
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select Delete Browsing Data.
- In the dropdown, choose the applicable time range (we recommend for all time).
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- When finished, select Delete data.
Edge
- In the navigation bar, select Edge.
- Next, select Clear Browsing Data.
- In the dropdown, choose the applicable time range (we recommend for all time).
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- When finished, select Clear Now.
Firefox
- Select the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Click Settings.
- From the left-side menu, choose Privacy & Security.
- Next to "Cookies and Site Data", click Clear Data.
- In the dropdown, choose the applicable time range (we recommend for all time).
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- Click Clear.
Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools menu (gear icon) in the top right corner.
- Select Safety and then Delete Browsing History.
- Select Temporary Internet files and Cookies.
- Click Delete.
Safari
- From the top navigation bar, click Safari.
- Next, select Settings.
- Choose Privacy from the navigation bar, then Manage Website Data.
- Select a specific application, or opt to Remove all.
- Confirm your selection in the pop-out.
