Invoices and Payments

Learn how to view and pay your Transect invoices in the billing portal.

Transect’s Billing Portal allows customers to view and pay invoices, and also manage their account information.

From the billing portal, you can:

  • View your billing history
  • Pay invoices
  • Update your payment or credit card information
  • Update your customer information, including name and email address

Activating the Billing Portal

After your Transect subscription is enabled, your organization’s account admin will receive an email inviting them to set up the customer billing portal.

  • In the invitation email, click the Billing Portal link to set up your account.
  • You’ll be routed to Transect’s Billing Portal, where you’ll select Choose a password here to create your password and input details about your organization. 
    • In the future, you can modify your password by selecting My Account in the upper right corner.
  • Once you’ve set up your account, you will be directed to the portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

Each customer will receive a unique URL to access the Billing Portal. After activating your account, you can access the Billing Portal from the link at the bottom of your invoices, statements, and receipts. If you haven’t set up your Billing Portal, you will be prompted to generate a new login link (just like performing a password reset).

Viewing and Paying Invoices

You can access both current and past statements and/or invoices in the Billing Portal. The statements/invoices can be viewed or saved as a PDF. 

To view your invoices, select the Invoices tab in the Billing Portal and select the invoice that you want to view or pay online.

After opening an invoice, you can pay it by selecting Pay Invoice Online at the top of the page. 

Updating your Information

Within the Billing Portal, users can navigate to the Subscriptions pay to modify the following:

  1. Enroll to Automatic Collection: This option enrolls your organization in automatic withdrawals for payment collection.
  2. Update Payment Method: This option changes the payment method associated with your subscription.
  3. Edit Contact Information: This option modifies the shipping address for your organization's billing.
