Password reset

Transect users can securely reset their passwords online at https://app.transect.com/reset

Follow the steps below to reset your password:

1. Enter your email address on the Password Reset page.

2. Click the secure password reset link in your inbox.

3. Enter your new password in the Reset Password form.

Note our minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters.
• Contains at least one lowercase character
• Contains at least one number 

4. Log into Transect using your new credentials.
