Learn how to change or reset your Transect password.
Transect users have two convenient options for managing their password:
- Change Password In-App: If you remember your current password, you can easily change it directly within the Transect app.
- Reset Password: If you've forgotten your password, no problem! Simply use this webpage to initiate the password reset process.
Changing your Password In-App
- Click your name in the upper right corner of Transect or click this link.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown.
- In the 'Update Your Password' section, input your current password and your new password using the following requirements:
- At least eight characters long and contain at least one of each: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character (@$!%*?&).
- When finished, select Update Password.
Resetting your Password
- Navigate to http://app.transect.com/reset.
- On the Password Reset page, enter your email address and select Reset Password.
- You'll be sent an email confirmation where you'll click the Secure Reset Link.
- Enter your new password with the following requirements:
- At least eight characters long and contain at least one of each: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character (@$!%*?&).
- Once finished, login to Transect with your new credentials.
