Once you have filtered to the right set of parcels, there are 3 ways you can export those parcels to the project tab:

  1. Export as a single project
  2. Export as multiple projects
  3. Save as Drawn Object

'Export as' a single project

Exporting as a single project will create one project that includes all of parcels currently displayed in the site selection layer.

To export as a single project, find the Export As button to the right of the site selection layer name and choose 'Export as Single Project'

As the project will include many separate and distant parcels, you will not be able to order a Transect Report when Export as a Single Project is used.

'Export as' multiple projects

Exporting as multiple projects will create one project for each of the parcels currently displayed in the site selection layer. For example, if you have 33 parcels showing in the site selection layer, then 33 new projects will be added to your project tab. Processing may take up to 30 minutes, but you will be able to keep working in Vision during processing.

To export as a single project, find the Export As button to the right of the site selection layer name and choose 'Export as Multiple Projects'

Save as Drawn Object

Use this option if you only want to export one or a few site selection parcels to the project tab. Using this option will export all chosen parcels as one project in the project tab.

  1. Click on the chosen parcel, then click the 'Add to Drawing/AOI' button in the info box to add the parcel as a Drawn Object.
  2. Repeat the process for all of your chosen parcels.
  3. When you are finished adding your chosen parcels to Drawing/AOI, navigate to the project tab and click Save Drawn Objects as Project. All of the chosen parcels will now show up as one project.
